Entry to BestRankedUK's hotel premises and casino lounge is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years or older, in line with United Kingdom law governing licensed gambling premises. This applies to all areas of the casino lounge, without exception.
- Valid, government-issued photo identification (passport, driving licence, or national ID card) may be requested at check-in and at the entrance to the casino lounge.
- Guests unable to provide satisfactory proof of age will be refused entry to the casino lounge.
- Staff reserve the right to request identification from any guest at any time, regardless of apparent age.
- This website itself is intended only for visitors aged 18 and over and includes an age confirmation step on entry.
Signs of Harmful Play
We encourage every guest to reflect honestly on their relationship with gambling. Some signs that play may no longer be purely recreational include:
- Spending more time or money at the tables than originally planned.
- Chasing losses in the hope of winning them back.
- Borrowing money, or using funds set aside for other purposes, to continue playing.

- Self-exclusion requests, allowing a guest to be voluntarily refused entry to the lounge for a period they choose.
All such requests are treated with discretion and are handled directly by our duty manager.
